COMMERCIAL ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPC)
& DISPLAY ENERGY CERTIFICATES (DEC)

We provide EPCs and DEC’s for all types and sizes of public and commercial buildings from large Headquarters to swimming pools.
Bulk rates are available. We work to existing floor plans, but if these are not available or are unsuitable for any reason, we can configure new floor plans in the survey process. Our assessors are fully accredited with BRE and STROMA to produce EPCs and DECs, including advisory reports, in accordance with the CLG guidelines and regulations. We cover all the UK and offer a 24 hour call-out service. All clients are assigned with a dedicated account manager from their point of enquiry, through to the completed report and aftercare service. All our reports utilise the latest interactive software and reports can be produced within 48 hours of an initial enquiry.

AIR CONDITIONING ASSESSMENTS

Our assessors are fully accredited to inspect for the new regulations on air conditioning which came into force in January 4 2009 and those which will come into force in 2011. In addition we offer a comprehensive consultation service on improvements, replacements and alternative solutions. We offer a nationwide, 24-hour call-out, fast turnaround service.

FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

We are one of the few companies to be qualified to carry out fire risk assessments under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 or ‘the Fire Safety Order’ which came into force on October 1 2006. Anyone who owns, manages or operates a business from commercial premises will need to carry out a mandatory detailed fire risk assessment to comply with this fire safety legislation. This applies to virtually all buildings, places and structures other than domestic households in England and Wales. We can help you meet this compliance.

ENERGY ADVISORY AND REMEDIAL SERVICE

In addition to providing an energy assessment service, we are fully accredited to offer a consultancy and advisory service. This covers all areas of energy efficiency including advice for boiler users. This also includes providing ‘community’ and ‘housing’ energy advice under new forthcoming legislation. Having a property development arm means we have the necessary experience and capacity to offer a full remedial service which provides solutions approved to the highest industry standards.
